Getting Knocked Down

When I saw the following video, I could not stop thinking about the following refrain from a Chumbawamba song.

“I get knocked down, but I get up again
You are never gonna keep me down
I get knocked down, but I get up again
You are never gonna keep me down
I get knocked down, but I get up again
You are never gonna keep me down
I get knocked down, but I get up again
You are never gonna keep me down” ~ Chumbawamba

Disclaimer: The fact Chumbawamba used its music to promote political beliefs is not why I mentioned the song. I mentioned the song because the following video reminded me of the song, and the song, regardless of what it was promoting, mentions a valuable lesson to all those recovering from adversity.

Although overcoming adversity is challenging, and we may get knocked down many times during and after recovery, it is extremely important to remember we must get up again every time we are knocked down.
