Setting Goals

It is never too early or too late to  talk about, set, or work toward achieving goals. The goals you set today may not be relevant tomorrow. Changing goals is a sign of wisdom not a sign of failure.

If your goal is not SMART, you really do not have a goal.

SMART goals are:

  • Specific
  • Manageable
  • Achievable
  • Realistic
  • Time bound

“It doesn’t matter where you are coming from. All that matters is where you are going.” – Brian Tracy

Do  you know how to plan for your success?

Thanks to Jon Flobrant for providing the picture; Brian Tracy for defining the purpose of a goal; Google for helping me find the quote; everybody who, directly or indirectly, made it possible to include the picture, text, and link in this post.
