When adversity strikes, we sometimes feel powerless to make a difference. Even though adversity may have taken some of our abilities, we can still make a difference. The little marble in the following video did not have the ability to reach the end on its own, but it did what it could and the results were amazing. Do what you can!

Even after brain surgeries, chemotherapy, and radiation treatments to eradicate his brain cancer, Scott continued to work; continued to study; and earned professional certifications from the Project Management Institute, American Society of Quality, and Stanford University School of Professional Development.
