As I mentioned in the post titled “You are What You Believe” attitude is everything. An attitude is a belief. What you believe to be true is true to you. Similarly, what you believe is impossible will be impossible for you. Recovery would not be likely if you convince yourself, or allow other people to convice you, it is impossible. Based on my unscientific study of three people who began walking after spending years in wheelchairs, I believe the main factor in recovery is the belief that recovery is possible.
This post further describes the connection between a belief and a result. In the following video, several people sample a quick energy drink. Measuring the benefits of the energy drink can be proven with a simple test. Watch the following video to see what happened.
